Our biozentrale pesto mediterraneo tomato is lovingly prepared with exquisite ingredients. Fruity tomatoes, tomato paste and the finest extra virgin olive oil are enhanced with cashew nuts and hard cheese – this gives our pesto its unique and intense aroma. Our pesto mediterraneo not only enhances pasta and rice dishes, but also gives pizzas, salads or tomato and mozzarella combos an elegant touch. Our pesto is also perfect as a hearty spread on bread.
Our tip: after opening, cover the surface with olive oil – stored in a cool place, you can eat the leftovers over the next few days. Make sure to also try our pesto verde.

Storage tip

Preparation and cooking

Add 2-3 tablespoons of pesto mediterraneo to one portion of fresh, hot pasta or rice. Add some cooking water, if neccessary.
