Product information "vegetable patties"

Our biozentrale vegetable patties are a purely plant-based, aromatic dry mix with strong wholemeal oat flakes that can be used to quickly prepare delicious, golden-brown patties. Enhanced with vegetables and high in fibre, our patties are perfect for salads, vegetarian dishes or as a delicious alternative to meat in a burger bun. Make sure to also try our hamburger in the tomato herbs variety.

The benefits of our vegetable patties at a glance:

Our tip: you can freeze the finished, refined patties well. In the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 100 °C top/bottom heat) or warmed in the toaster, the patties become crispy again.

Store away from heat and moisture

Preparation and cooking

Take the package content into approx. 400-500 ml hot water, let swell for 15-20 minutes. Form patties aut of the mass and fry in hot oil.
