Product information "tomato herb patties"
Our biozentrale hamburger tomato herbs are a purely plant-based dry mix with strong wholegrain spelt flakes, fruity tomatoes and three Mediterranean herbs that can be used to quickly prepare delicious, golden-brown patties. With their aromatic Mediterranean taste and high fibre content, our vegetarian patties are an impressive choice for salads, vegetarian dishes or as a delicious alternative to meat in a burger bun. Make sure to also try our patties in the vegetable variety.

Our tip: you can freeze the finished, refined patties well. In the oven (approx. 20 minutes at 100 °C top/bottom heat) or warmed in the toaster, the patties become crispy again.
Storage tip

Store away from heat and moisture.

Preparation and cooking

Take the package content into approx. 400-500 ml hot water, let swell for 15-20 minutes. Form hamburgers out of the mass and fry in hot oil.
