§ 1 Provider and applicability
(1) The online shop accessible at www.biozentrale.de is provided by:

(2) These General Terms and Conditions apply for all orders by consumers and traders in the online shop of the provider.

§ 2 Ordering process, conclusion of the contract, languages offered for the conclusion of the contract, filing of the contract
(1) Contracting party is the Bio-Zentrale Naturprodukte GmbH (cf. above).
(2) The presentations of the products in the online shop are binding offers for sale. The customer can place the products he wants to purchase in the shopping cart and enter the purchase process. Following the product selection in the shopping cart and the specification of all required order and address data in the subsequent step, the ordering details will be displayed so that input errors can be identified and corrected. By clicking the “buy now” button the customer submits a binding declaration for purchase so that the contract is concluded. Immediately afterwards the customer will receive an order confirmation via email.
(3) The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
(4) The contractual provisions and information on the goods ordered will be send to the customer via email. Prior orders can be seen in the customer area. The current General Terms and Conditions are available on the website and can be downloaded as well.

§ 3 Prices, delivery costs, delivery conditions
(1) The prices mentioned in the online shop include taxes and all other price components. Delivery costs are to be added. Details can be found at the offers and here.
(2) Delivery is possible in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Italy. It will be conducted by Deutsche Post/DHL.
(3) Delivery to parcel pick up stations is possible in Germany. The customer cannot collect the goods by himself.

§ 4 Payment conditions
The following payment methods are available:

Payment in advance: The invoice amount has to be transferred to the bank account displayed during the ordering process/mentioned in the confirmation email. The goods will be delivered after receipt of the payment.
Credit card: During the ordering process, the credit card data will be asked. After a legitimation check the payment will be conducted by the credit card company and the credit card will be charged.
PayPal: During the ordering process, the customer will be forwarded to Paypal where he has to sign in or to register for the first time if he is not already a user of PayPal. After that the customer has to confirm the payment. The transaction will then be executed automatically. Further information is provided during the ordering process.
SOFORT Überweisung: Payment by using the “SOFORT Überweisung” service is only possible if the customer has an online banking account which uses the PIN/TAN method and is activated for the use of the “SOFORT Überweisung” service. After placing the order, the customer will be forwarded to the website of the “SOFORT Überweisung” service, where he has to sign in and to confirm the payment. Immediately afterwards the payment will be conducted and the bank account of the customer will be charged. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14 day right of withdrawal. Traders have no right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bio-Zentrale Naturprodukte GmbH, Holzmühlenweg 4, 84384 Wittibreut – Ulbering, Tel.: +49 8574 9610-0, Fax: +49 8574 9610-14, E-Mail: info.onlineshop@biozentrale.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal in respect of distance contracts regarding the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and regarding the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

§ 6 Legal guarantee of conformity for goods, commercial guarantees, after-sales services
(1) The statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods is applicable.
(2) Information regarding possibly applicable additional commercial guarantees and the concerning conditions is available on the relevant product page. The statutory legal guarantee of conformity for goods remains unaffected.

§ 7 Information regarding alternative dispute resolution according to Art. 14 (1) Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and § 36 VSBG
The European Commission provides a website for Online Dispute Resolution which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. According to § 36 German VSBG we inform you, that we are not willing and not obligated to take part in alternative dispute resolutions before a consumer arbitration board.
